  • A bag or other tool that you can place your feet on to keep your knees bent at a 90-degree angle

Check Your Posture

Try to check your posture about every hour. Make sure your feet are flat, the lower back is pressed against the seat or lumbar support, and that your shoulders are not slumped forward.

Enjoy Some Heat and Ice
